I met this guy a few weeks ago at an event called Stream in Athens. While everyone one else was running around talking up the next big thing which were, in truth, often quite small things Tim ran a session about harnessing the collective power of innovators and technologists to solve some of the really big issues facing humanity - energy, business ethics, the environment…. What I didn’t realise at the time is that Tim O’Reilly really is a digital demi-God.
